How do you ship your BBQ to ensure freshness?

All of our meats are vacuum-sealed, frozen immediately after smoking, and shipped in insulated containers with dry ice or gel packs to maintain a safe temperature during transit.

What are the reheating instructions?

Each order includes a detailed instruction card. Generally, we recommend reheating our vacuum-sealed meats in a simmering water bath (sous vide style) or a low-temperature oven to preserve moisture and flavor.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time and expedited shipping fees.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Yes, once your order is processed and picked up by the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is delayed by the carrier, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Are your BBQ sauces and rubs gluten-free?

Most of our signature sauces and rubs are gluten-free. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
